Working in the Team Environment
“Today in businesses and other organizations, people are working in teams. Decisions are made and problems are solved by teams, not by individuals. In team environments, groups of people work together to determine goals and plans and share the work. Working in teams has been found to improve the quality of work life, increase productivity, reduce costs and enhance the product or service quality.” Working in the Team Environment Participant Manual

Our presenter, Mr. Albert Fields has more than ten years of experience. He has directed organizational restructuring; presented workshops that helped teams reach optimal performance; and facilitated groups with a desire to change. He combines his marketing training and down home common sense to give participants a dose of uncut-straight-up- sometimes in-your face reality to help participants maximize their efforts. Participants in Albert’s workshops give him the highest praise. “People come into our lives for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. Albert can always find a reason to help you in any season of your career and make a difference in your lifetime.”
